    Prairie 360 is the perfect location to host your next special event. We can accommodate groups from 10-200 in one of our four special rooms. Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday party, a retirement party, a corporate meeting or celebration we can do it all!

    We work with you to ensure your private booking reflects your own taste and personal touches. Whatever the reason for your event, our staff is able to provide you with an amazing combination of food, wine, cocktails and high quality service and our location provides the backdrop like no where else!

    Our goal is to relieve you of the many details that go along with hosting a successful event so that you, as well as your guests, can thoroughly enjoy every moment of your experience while at Prairie 360.

    Starter

    – House Garden Salad with Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette
    – Fresh Bread

    Choose one entrée to be served to all guests:

    Chicken Romesco – 1⁄4 Chicken with roasted red peppers, basil and garlic served with fingerling potatoes and feature vegetables (GF)

    Chateaubriand – grilled medium and served with au jus. Accompanied by fingerling potatoes and feature vegetables (GF)

    Pickerel – blackening spice, crema and grape tomato salsa. Served with aromatic rice and feature vegetables

    Thai Bowl – red pepper, cabbage, snap peas, mushrooms, peanuts, scallions and lime in our Thai sauce with rice noodles (GF, V)
