    Prairie 360 is the perfect location to host your next special event. We can accommodate groups from 10-200 in one of our four special rooms. Whether it’s a wedding, a birthday party, a retirement party, a corporate meeting or celebration we can do it all!

    We work with you to ensure your private booking reflects your own taste and personal touches. Whatever the reason for your event, our staff is able to provide you with an amazing combination of food, wine, cocktails and high quality service and our location provides the backdrop like no where else!

    Seared tenderloin (served medium) with oyster mushrooms and pearl onions in a balsamic reduction, served over house made sweet potato gnocchi which have been tossed in a roasted garlic cream sauce

    Pesto Pasta
    Nature’s Farm Spaghetti tossed with sundried tomatoes, onion, mushrooms, and spinach in a pesto cream sauce and topped with fresh goat cheese [V]

    East Meets West Char
    Grilled West Coast Arctic char resting on a bed of asparagus, shallots, roasted grape tomatoes and finished with a soy maple glaze [GF]

    Pan seared duck and creamy polenta, topped with white balsamic pear and gooseberry gastrique and served with chef’s seasonal vegetables [GF]
